Myung Chan (Thomas) Seo, M.S., L.Ac.
Founder & Executive Chairman
Thomas is a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist in the VA/MD/DC areas and is recognized as a “Top Acupuncture & Integrative Wellness Doctor” in the Northern Virginia region. He is the founder and director of Thomas Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic as well as the CoLymph® Detox Acupuncture Association (CDAA).
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Thomas provides personalized treatments to 5,000 patients every year for a variety of conditions at his clinic using an integrative medicine approach combining scientific evidence with acupuncture principles. He founded and developed the novel CoLymph® method to holistically help patients in need of answers to their chronic pain and symptoms and to promote long-term health and prevention. His treatment methods and food therapy practices have helped countless people recover to find freedom from their symptoms and improve their quality of life by treating the root cause.
Thomas received his Master of Science in Acupuncture at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture and is nationally board-certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Minku Kang, M.S., L.Ac., LMT

Licensed Practitioner & CDAA Specialist
Minku is a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist in VA and MD and received his Master of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University. He is also a licensed massage therapist and has over 13 years of experience prior to joining the CDAA. He has trained under Dr. Seo for 10 years and is a certified CoLymph® Detox Acupuncture Specialist with the CDAA as well as a trained CDAA Lymphatic Cleansing specialist. Minku also specializes in trigger point and dry needling along with integrative neuromuscular therapy.
He is a firm believer in treating the patient as a whole and helping patients heal in the most efficient and transformative way as possible to live a pain-free life.
Katie Park, MAC, D.Ac, L.Ac.

Director of Clinical Operations & CDAA Specialist
Katie is a graduate of the Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Doctor of Acupuncture degree and is a licensed acupuncturist. For the past 10 years, Katie has trained under and worked closely with Thomas and has provided her talents and skills with optimizing the patient experience at our clinic. She is also a trained CDAA Lymphatic Cleansing specialist. As director of clinical operations, Katie is in charge with overseeing patient coordination and communication, clinical operational efficiency, quality management of clinic services, and the entirety of our product management processes from creation until distribution. Her extensive experience and clinical insight also helped create the final product of Dr. Thomas Seo’s newest publication, The CoLymph® Diet, as the editor. Katie’s multifaceted skillset continues to help the clinic maintain smooth clinical operations and efficiency with the highest level of patient satisfaction and service.
Ah Reum Park, MS, L.Ac

Ah Reum received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is nationally board certified acupuncturist by the NCCAOM. Ah Reum is certified by the CoLymph® Detox Acupuncture Association (CDAA) as a CoLymph Detox specialist. She received extensive training under founder of CDAA, “Thomas” Seo and she is also specialized in the treatment of female reproductive health, fertility enhancement, postpartum, and pain management. She treats patients who are trying to conceive naturally or through the use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) such as IUI and IVF. Ah Reum combines her diverse background and experience to provide holistic health care and help patients to achieve wellness goals.
Da Rye Kim, D.Ac., L.Ac.
Executive Board Member & CDAA Specialist
Da Rye graduated from The Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and is licensed by the Maryland Board of Acupuncture. Da Rye is certified as a CoLymph® Detox specialist with the CoLymph® Detox Acupuncture Association. She is fascinated by the relationship between the body and nutrition and believes that foods are like herbs and medicines that can be selected and prepared appropriately to promote, cleanse, and regulate the body. Da Rye also successfully completed 7 years of extensive training with a founder of CDAA, Dr. Seo. She can help with a number of conditions including anxiety, sleep disorder, digestive complaints, and gynecological conditions. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Chemistry prior to studying acupuncture and has been utilizing her knowledge of chemistry to help patients understand the effects of their acupuncture treatments.
